Every application is reviewed by our team. All members must be currently living and working in the U.S. or Canada.
Four paths into Arena.
We accept members across these categories. Each has its own requirements.
Manager-level or above, currently working in-house for an established sports, media, or entertainment organization. Founders with prior industry experience and an established company with brand recognition in the space are also welcome.
Leaders from established brands that actively partner or activate within sports, media, or entertainment.
Current or former professional athletes actively building, investing, or creating within sports, media & entertainment.
We accept a limited number with established industry careers and/or active work with leading enterprises. We also limit acceptance for people who own or work for smaller talent agencies (under 50 employees).
To keep the community a solicitor-free space, consultants, freelancers, and agency professionals agree not to sell services to members — instead, build relationships and let collaboration happen naturally.
