The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategies and campaigns for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the hospitality program reaches its target audience, maximizes engagement, and delivers ambitious returns through various digital channels.

What You'll Do


    · Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the FIFA World Cup 26 Official Hospitality program.

    · Lead the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across all online platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, influencer, and content marketing.

    · Oversee the creation and management of engaging and high-quality digital content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

    · Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

    · Collaborate with the creative team to design visually compelling and on-brand digital assets.

    · Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.

    · Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

    · Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing initiatives.

    · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and approaches within the digital marketing team.

    · Represent the digital marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the hospitality program.

Recommended Skills

    · Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sports or hospitality industries.

    · Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

    · Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

    · Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

    · Experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, etc.) to measure and optimize campaign performance.

    · Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

    · Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.

    · Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

    · Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

    · Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    · Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.
